Otra concesión para nosotros

To the award cabinet, we add the Arte y pico award.
We are honored to have been selected for this by a long-time sister in the struggle, Spicy Bug (who you may remember as Mrs. Hell on High Heels.) Spicy has mellowed out and settled down, but she still keeps up with us. I appreciate her thinking about a grouchy old man for such a nice award.
Let’s go over and read Spicy’s post about this award.
Ok, now to quote Roxy “Back to the award at hand… this little beauty was designed by the “Arte y Pico Blog” as part of a tag initiative where you pass along the compliment to other bloggers.”
Now, here are the rules and regulations, as well as my nominees for the next five deserving winners of the Arte y Pico Award:
1) Pick five (5) blogs that you consider deserve this award for their creativity, design, interesting material, and also for contributing to the blogging community, no matter what language.
2) Each award has to have the name of the author and also a link to his or her blog to be visited by everyone.
3) Each award winner has to show the award and put the name and link to the blog that has given her or him the award itself.
4) Award-winner and the one who has given the prize have to show the link of “Arte y Pico” blog, so everyone will know the origin of this award which is here Arte y Pico
The blog that originated this award is dedicated to art, and my Spanish is a hair rusty…. but they are worth a look, especially if you feel like practicing your Spanish
Now using the ruleset passed to us, these are my 5 choices.

I love your blog Jolly and read it as often as I can. I always play catch up. Your one of my favorites!

Congrats, Jolly, and thanks for thinking of me. Wally was sitting next to me screamin’, “Award….Award….I want an award!”
So I gave him some Fiddle Faddle, and he headed to his nest.;)

I like Lydia a lot. Politics with a personal touch, something you find rarely in this neck of the woods

Lydia, hablo español mal. Pero guardo el intentar
I know that makes me a traitor in the eyes of “English Only!” wingtards. The funny thing about most of them is that their spelling and grammar often makes it harder for me to read their tripe than it is for me to translate something out of Spanish

Muchas Gracias holmes (That’s the extent of my Spanish).
