Not since just before George Wallace got a carcass full of bullets, have we had a Presidential candidate who was so open about how he feels about THOSE people.

Oh yes, yes, yes, he DID say it. He may have caught himself in mid-word, but it’s there. Right there.

First, we’ll read about it. And then, we’ll hear it from Rapture Rick himself.

DID Rick Santorum, the right-wing Catholic contender for the Republican presidential nomination, come dangerously close in a speech earlier this week to using the N-word to describe Barack Obama?

The evidence for the accusation is in this clip of a speech he delivered in Janesville, Wisconsin. He appears to describe Barack as “The anti-war, government nig…” before pulling back.

The gaffe – if it is one – came within days of President Obama stepping into the heated debate row over the killing of Trayvon Martin in Florida by a neighbourhood watch vigilante who had been heard moaning about “f***ing coons”.

Obama said: “If I had a son, he would look like Trayvon… I think [Trayvon's parents] are right to expect that all of us as Americans are going to take this with the seriousness it deserves, and we are going to get to the bottom of exactly what happened.”

As Alexander Cockburn reports for The Week in his latest column, Santorum responded by stating that Obama should “not use these types of horrible and tragic individual cases to try to drive a wedge in America”.

Cockburn asks: “What is it that prompts Republicans to try so hard to alienate women, blacks, Hispanics, independents and all those millions and millions to the left of the Tea Party they’ll need to beat Obama? Maybe they feel it’s their last throw. All the demographics look unfavourable for any future Republican majority.”

That is what it amounts to, you know. The Rushpubliscums, being the party of failure after failure, simply have nothing left now. About all they can do is whip up with white inbreds against those damn n____rs, so they’re going down the only path they have left.

In other news, Santorum’s popularity among Rushpubliscum Primary voters shot up 10% after this video became available.
